Return/Exchange Policy

 

We hope that you will be satisfied with your order. However, if you are not, returns are accepted within 15 days of the order delivering to you. All returns must be postmarked by the 15th day to be accepted, if 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

  • Returns must be received in new condition: unworn, unwashed, and tags attached.
  • Final sale items.
  • Exclusively Ours Collection items.
  • Items sold as a set must be returned as sold with all pieces.
  • Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

RETURNING SHIPPING COST :

If you are returning items using our labels, a $7 return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount. 

An email will be sent to you will your return shipping label.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Tracking numbers are your BFF.
 
EXCHANGES:
If you need to exchange for the same item, send us an email at info@mymissionlane.com. Once the exchange request is approved, you must ship back the item you would like to exchange, prior to receiving your new item.
